Balls
We use balls during mat classes and during group equipment classes. Work on the ball challenges your core support in different ways as you work to control your balance.

Jacqueline is demonstrating a spiraling version of “knee stretch” on the ball. This exercise is also sometimes called “the shell.”

Here Kerry is doing the “leg pull down” with her legs on the ball.

The “pike up” on the ball works on upper body strength and abdominal support simultaneously.

This twist in a plank is a good challenge for core support.
